Default Help with exhaust

I recently added long tubes with ory. I have a little rasp that i want to get rid of. Any suggestions? Has anyone added single high flow cat or two into the ory? Resonators? Will adding any of these take away too much power?

I believe Texas Speed makes a catted Y pipe for pacesetter headers. You might also consider a different catback.

I've heard that adding the flowmaster Y merge will cut down the rasp if you like your catback already.

So the flowmaster merge is better than the new version of the tsp ory? I like the catback, its different....not many people run the random technologies cb. Sound is a little different from hooker, magna and flowmaster

You could always add a bullet muffler in the y-pipe to quiet it down a little bit, might help with the rasp some. The new merge on the TSP y looks much better so I'm thinking that's not the problem.

Default Bullet

What bullet muffler would you recommend? Does this weld in directly after the y pipe, where the catback slips into?

Just about any bullet will do the trick. You can probably find a Dynomax bullet the cheapest and a Borla XR1 would be the most expensive route.

You won't be able to bolt it up, it will need to be welded in most likely. or by using cuts and slip fit connections.

I don't know, haven't seen the new TSP Y. I just know I've read plenty of threads about rasp being cut down by a good quality Y merge. Like these other guys said maybe a resonator/bullet would help too.

You won't loose much if any power at all. It will need to be welded in the intermediate pipe.

The new TSP ORY merge is great, but it fits like ****. Go with a bullet in the I-pipe or get a couple of high-flow cats OP. Good luck.
