Default 2003 Vortec 5.3 - Torque specs the same as LS1?

My buddy came to me asking how to change his crank pulley. Well i told him, and looking off of LS1howto I got the TTY instructions...

Just making sure there's nothing drastically different between the engines as far as torque specs. He said the haynes manual just calls out 240 ft lbs. Which for a TTY bolt, you cant just specify a specific torque.

Here's ls1howto's which i told him is probably the way to do it.

Crankshaft Balancer Bolt (Installation Pass-to Ensure the Balancer is Completely Installed) 240 lb ft
Crankshaft Balancer Bolt (First Pass-Install a NEW Bolt After the Installation Pass and Tighten as Described in the First and Final Passes) 37 lb ft
Crankshaft Balancer Bolt (Final Pass) 140 degrees
