which thermostat for 5.3 3rd gen swap?? im coming to the end of my 5.3 3rd gen swap and looking to tie up the final loose ends, Is there any benefit of the 160 thermostat over the 180? any info or ideas will be appreciated. thank you

Spend your money on better radiator and fans, and forget
the thermostat. Thermostat only sets the minimum coolant
temp and is helpless in setting the maximum, which is what
you care about.
