While tuning the car last night. Wide band running off the lighter started to have an issue. When we shut the car down to reload a tune and go to turn the car back on again the electrical system was completely shut off no power to anything when the key was turned back on. We would wait a bit from 30 seconds to a couple of minutes and everything would be fine again. I thought that it was something to do with the wide band hooked up but today when I was driving around the same thing would happen. I was suspecting that it was a relay except there are two relays, ignition and starter that control the system. Could one of them be the problem?
