I agree not with it. There's a thread on here where a guy put a fast 102 on his cam/bolt on car and didn't pick up anything from a ls6 intake. 7.7 is pretty damn good for what you have done to your car

It depends on how much $/hp you are willing to spend. with H/C you will most likely pick up some ponies. You will also lose about 10-12 lbs of the nose!

will it gain yes, will it be worth it? debatable. you will absolutely see gains across the entire rpm range. you could sell your BBK to offset some of the cost of the FAST

Could pick up a used Fast 90/90 combo, should still give a decent bump in power for a lot less than a brand-new 102 combo, especially if you sell the intake you have now.

You gain across the board with the FAST intake thats for sure. Most likely in the 10-15hp range. People who are dissapointed with the cathedral port version just have bad data. I havent ever been dissapaointed with a FAST intake and Ive installed and tested a lot of them.

My stock LQ9, with all of its 190s duration, .469" lift, stock exhaust manifolds and all picked up 21rwhp with a FAST intake. So it doesnt require heads and cam, itll make more sure, but doesnt require it.
