Maybe the radiator cap is not holding pressure or the fans are coming on.

Did you remove the air deflector on the bottom of the car under the radiator?

Did you get all the air out of the coolant system after you replaced the water pump and thermostat?

Make sure your fans are coming on. I believe they should come on at around 215 degrees with stock programming.

I would look into a dual 1' core radiator or even better a crsossflow rad. There are some DC's on ebay that look decent but I opted for a Howe Racing Enterprises unit. Ron Davis, BeCool, SLP and LG all make direct fits too although slight modding is required to make any 2" thick rad. fit...

one thing you need to watch out for is the fan directions that come with prochargers. many have said that their wiring is backwards in the directions. the fan should be pulling air, not pushing air. make sure this is correct first. if this does not work many other people have noticed cooling issues with the one procharger fan. some will add another fan. i actually bought a new fan shroud with dual fans from SDCE. i am not sure if it is worth the $400 cost because i have not seen it yet but they said i will not have cooling issues with this setup.
