question bout the cables that go to the tb i know one is the throttle cable and my car is an a4 with 4l60e....is the other on for trans kickdown or cruise control?

well the reason im asking is im running untuned and from a dig my car pulls hard the whole time but from a roll sometimes it bogs and is slow downshifting
