Default Help guys 2002 z28 no start???????

Hey guys i have a 2002 camaro Z28, automatic that im working on, came in for a no start has fuel pressure and injector pulse but no power to coils. Sometimes and i mean only sometimes you can disconnect battery for an hour hook back up, start it and it will run for 15 seconds and then die again and wont start back after that.. very weird?? The security light is not on. This happened to him first thile driving down the road it died on him a few days after a guy had removed the tranny rebuilt the tranny reinstalled it. Ive checked everything i know how to check on this thing until i just started throwing parts at it and that hasnt worked either. PLEASE IF ANYONE COULD HELP I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT. i hope someone has ran into this before.

Heres a list of what i have done so far....

verfied fuel pressure 58 psi
verified injector pulse
new crank sensor
new cam sensor
new mass air meter
new battery
new ecm
ignition relay's
checked all grounds on back of engine
checked for pulled wires in tranny harness
verified crank trigger with scanner
only code in computer is an A/C compressor high input code???
I have hp tuner software i even tried reflashing the computer to a different cars tune and still nothing

please help guys im upside down in this thing ive wasted way too much time on it! any input or questions is helpful!!!!

Thanks

fuel filter may be? it can choke your car to death. but your getting good pressure. this is confusing.
