The new merge on the TSP is nice, and for 125 bucks its not bad. I like mine. You can get a flowmaster merge and get a nice y made that will work even better though.

I chose tsp when I got my pacsetters last spring. Its actually a newer design. Only problems I had was connecting it because my borla was already my car. But thats not tsps fault. Its a good y pipe get it.

Id go custom. I know first hand that the tsp's ground clearance isnt very good not unless everyone I know is doing something wrong. My pacesetter may not have the best merge but it never bottoms out on my lowered car... I'm going to do the flowmaster merge and be done with it.

My bro replaced the Pacesetter Y on his 02 SS with the TSP ORY and it made a world of difference in the amount of rasp in the exhaust note of his factory option SLP Dual/Dual Catback.

My vote goes to the Texas Speed ORY.

As long as TSP has remedied their Ypipes not needing to be flared out to fit on coated Pacesetters, then they're Ypipe is the way to go. The Pacesetter Ypipe in stock form is junk. It takes some modifications to be any good.

Nothing but good things to say about tsp y pipe here....installed in no time.. great merge for what it is... Get it welded and you will have no clearance issues and no worries what so ever.

I've used them both. I prefer the TSP.
