Arrow started header install...

So far 3 hours down. AIR, EGR, Plugs, Wires, and catted Y-Pipe are all out. Doing it by myself with the wife passing tools. Not too bad so far. Goal is to get it all done tomorrow (Saturday).

Good luck, toughest part to me was getting the y-pipe tucked under and aligned correctly. Just take your time and have a beer with the wife.

haha thanks guys. just spent another 2.5 hours. got the stock headers out, got the rest of the ypipe all the way out, and swapped in a new poly transmission mount.

i have some poly mm's already in the clamshells waiting to go in next! i just need to order some header gaskets and 02 extensions and then ill be good to go.

i am getting the y-pipe custom fitted up at an exhaust shop. so im gunna have to drive it open headers for 10 minutes on the way there

make sure you do 1 motor mount at a time lol.. and you might be able to get header gaskets from a local auto parts store, and BOSCH 13111 O2's (Corvette O2's, no need for extensions) also. They are like $70ish a piece though, but last for a longggg time and they are great performing.

well so far the 98 trans am is slower, handles worse, gets worse gas mileage, and isn't as nice of an interior as both of my v6 cars were haha
