Default Max Flow/Aerochamber

How can you visually tell them apart? Are they both painted black? Just wondering.

So if its unreadable due to corrosion you cannot tell the difference right? Both are black, both are square, and they sound pretty much the same.

Maxflow has a straight shot right through it. Also Maxflow isn't offered as a kit for fbodys you have to build your own. So its fitment might not be perfect.

Cool. Thats the one I think I have. It looks like the tips were welded on. I have LT's and at wot it is just insanely loud. I guess thats what they are known for.

An f-body Aerochamber will have dual exits - one out of each side of the muffler. A Maxflow will exit on one end only.

Heres a pic. Im not 100 percent sure which muffler it is but ill prob be getting a new one soon since a rattle is starting to develop. Maybe the shop will know exactly which one to replace it with.

That's not a Maxflow...I have one on my truck and it's actually quiet considering I have LTs with dual 3" into single 4" dumped in front of the axle.

Yeah same hear. When I first start it up in the morning it rattles a bit. Nothing major. Does yours look as bad as my muffler? Wish they made a stainless steel one.
