Vacuum port ? 
I noticed my engine idling rough and when I looked under the hood I noticed my vacuum cap was missing off of the intake (see pic), I'm pretty sure it has always just been capped (LQ9 in a jeep) but just want to make sure it doesn't go anywhere else that could be important.
