Default FAST Install

I installed a FAST 90/90 on my car a few weeks ago, and the SES light came on and its says i'm running lean in bank 1 & 2, but the SES light turns off for a day or 2 and comes back on, and also feels like i have a vacum leak, could this all be from me my routing my PVC system right??

post some pics of the pcv. How does a vacuum leak feel? The easiest way to see if there is a vacuum leak is to spray a little carb cleaner around the edge of the intake and if your engine revs a little, there is your leak.
