Canister under passenger frame rail?

Default Canister under passenger frame rail?

What the hell is this thing for? It has a vacuum line running to it and thats about it. It is under the passenger side frame rail, just infront of the sway bar mount. Thanks!

It's a vacuum resevoir for the HVAC system.

Actually, I think that might be the "charcoal box" for the fuel vapor return line. May be wrong.

IIRC, I think that's on the driver's side.

Yeah, I didn't see passenger side, just "in front of the sway bar". Oops.

Im tearing up the front and getting rid of all the stuff Ill no longer need. I got rid of the cruise control, ABS and AC. I still use my heater though(on occasion).

just helps vacuum on the ac settings move faster. not really a difference if you remove it

Getting some things finalized in the engine bay. Just want to double check and make sure this canister doesnt really do much. lol
