Default Fluid Dampr or ATI?

Okay after having my bearing let go after about 300km on my 370ci FI steup I decided im gonna get a good balancer which i should have just done in the first place but ran outta funds on my build.

I am aiming for the 700-800whp range which I think i was around 600whp before the bearing took a ****.

Now I heard the Fluid Dampr was really good then I heard not too go with it.
Now for the extra 100 bucks should I just get the ATI?
These are the 2 im looking at

ATI 917242
Fluid Dampr 740111

I do not want an underdrive bc I dont wanna slow down the cooling system or charging system.

Also do the ATI's have to be pinned? Can I pin it with the engine in the car assembled?

Thanks

Jay
