Default car running rich and stalls

out of the blue my car started to run rich ans stall out. All i see is it pulls code 1336 , when i clear the code with a cheap scan tool it comes right back. Just changed the plugs and there half black again

I dont have a good scan tool. I pulled the plugs today and there black. After i got gas it had a hard time to start and died 3 time to get it running. Didnt find any vac leaks today also

Well i guess i need to take it to a shop because theres nothing i can do with out a scan tool
