Default How much tuning required to run an off road Y?

I'm thinking of getting myself some Kooks or ARH long tubes and off road Y for Christmas this year. Is it easy to make the car run normal without the cats? How much tuning is required to make it run well?

no tunning required it will run fine without tunning, tunning is just to add power and get rid of the codes...

You can get O2 simms to eliminate the codes. It might run a little lean though due to the increased airflow. I would recommend at least a mail order tune.

So I'll get an SES light until I get it tuned but it'll run okay? I don't live too far from Livernois Motorsports so I could always have them tune it for me. For those of you that tune yourself is it pretty easy to delete the cats in the tune?
