Default Next mods?

Current mods are wet nitrous kit, pp tb, LT+full exhaust,3.73s in a strange 12 bolt, FTL stage 4 trans,full bmr suspension, catch can. I was wondering it i should do a vrx5 cam kit $800+ported west coast pro 243 heads $2200+ls6 intake $300ish or?????? Do you know of a better setup for $3000-$3500. Im stuck on the pro heads they just tested them in a mag i just read and they made awesome #s so thats staying.

Personally, if I were spending $2200 on heads, it wouldn't be 243s.

Not listed - but I'm assuming you have a stall?

I do it's a yank 3000 for the nitrous. What heads do you suggest? The mag i read tested 50 different head combos and on set of ls2 heads the ls2 heads made the most tq, but the wc pro heads made the most hp, they also flow tested them its a good article

Agree I wouldn't spend that much on 243s,texas speed imo has the best deals,I would give them a call,

What were the specs for the test? That's a LOT of money for stock castings. AFR and other aftermarket heads are around that.

I think it was 50 heads tested but only a few make the artical but the had a 408 shortblock with mild cam with stock ls1 heads made 570 hp @ the fw, they did head swap only it made 627 hp with those heads, they tested afr's tf's and all the big names they where all around the same #'s but the pro head was better im not at home ill call my wife a get her to tell me the magazine name and they also flow tested them
