Default Help-Stripped wire out of Alternator

While replacing the alternator on my 2000 Camaro SS I managed to strip the wire right out of the weather pack connector. Is there a way I can fix it or can I find a new one somewhere? I'm screwed if I don't get this fixed by Monday. Thanks for the help in advance

You can find them on E-bay really cheap, but if you need it ASAP, your local dealer should carry it. More expensive of course.................

you should check a wiring diagram. it is possible that you did not strip you control wire. quite possible your feed back wire to your computer. so long as your control wire and your power are good you could drive it. your feedback wire is there to let the computer know that the alternator got a the signal and has turned on. The only thing stripping this wire out will do is kick on your charge light in your cluster. check the diagram to see which wire you stripped. you may find one online. if not ask a tech at a shop to pull one up for you. he may be nice enough to do such a thing.
