The FTP 98 mm lid makes best power and fits awesome if your running a 85mm maf.

I liked my SLP lid for the 78mm MAF, and I think the FTP 85mm that I have now is also good.

If you compare apples to apples, that is the same size lids, there really won't be any real difference in power. Now compare one for a stock MAF v one for a bigger MAF that is a little different.

As for the k$n intake set up,I wasn't gonna spend that much when a 99 dollar lid works just fine, honest a lid is a lid,you should also do the free ram air mod when you install your new one,

Iv actualy heard mixed opinions on the slp. I cant tell you good or bad.
I had an mti clear lid on my 98 that fit great. I couldnt even tell you what lid is on the 01 but its not very good, its old as hell.
