Default Slp lid and 85mm maf vs. 4inch bellow and Ftp 104mm lid and sux2bu

Hey guys i have a Tsp 229/236 cammed Ls3 with slight head work and Tsp 1 7/8's headers. I thought i would gain some power buy switching from a SLP lid and 85mm Maf to a FTP 104mm lid and 4 inch smooth bellow and i add the SUX2BU ram air. Here are my results from last night.

1st passes with slp stuff.

1.62 60ft
7.10
102.64mph

2nd

1.61 60ft
7.13
103.85mph

Ftp set-up

1st pass

1.58 60ft
7.01
102.04mph

I couldnt make anymore runs as my car broke. Let me know what you guys think?

I would look into the da conditions from before compared to know...also you got tune adjustment also going to a sd tune right?

remember to seal up the sux2bu ram air to get the most gains...

da can be a huge factor, check the track dates and use a weather website like www.wunderground.com to find the conditions for that day at the track...

and then a da calculator site like this one

thats weird? I was going 81 or 83 in the 1/8? at 110 with lid free mods. for like 2 weeks racing, then did SUX2bU (with 50/60#s less weight, no AC,washer bottle, bumper support) but it was soildy going 112-113 every time next week, and for the year with thous mods. the 1/8 was not much better tho, its with the car moving. And a few times the foam sealing the front of the airbox cam out, and the mph was back down one pass to 110. I'd pop the hood and see it, out the foam back in and went right back to 112-113. Happened a few times before I can glued in foam, I know it works from that, Just the corner would be blown out, and it was 2mph
