Default ls6 or ls2 intake

i have a stock 2002 z28, how much power can i expect from a 90 mm stock ls2 intake and throttle body?

none if you already have an ls6. the ls2 intake was designed for the ls2. it offers no advantage over an ls6. unless it's been ported.

Ls6 is the best flowing factory cathredral intake even though it has a smaller opening it flows more . Just buy a 80mm tb for it or get the stock one ported n polished

the truth.look at a bbk or other alum. intake with a 4 bolt flange.

If you did go with an LS2, you can't use the factory LS2 throttle body on an f-body. It's electronic and the f-body is cable. You'd need an aftermarket 90mm TB.

On top of that, I'm fairly certain the ls2 intake doesn't have any way to mount the throttle cable bracket.

Doesn't the LS2 intake need different fuel injectors also?

this answers my question b.c i was offered a ls2 manifold..im wondering i have a 2000 z28 m6, doesnt that feature the ls1 manifold?? my one buddy kept insisting it was in 2000 but i thought they didnt put the ls6 im untill 01?
