Default Just installed TSP TD's w/ Flowmaster 40s...pics included

I originally was running my TD's with dynomax bullet mufflers and no cats but i got a ticket for unnecessary noise and way too many complaints from my bitch neighbors, so I decided to get flowmaster mufflers and more piping. I decided to go with the 40 series and run 2.5" piping after them under the axle. I didnt wana deal with custom bends over the axle. The mufflers sit about 3 inches off the ground which is a bit low but I havnt hit anything yet. I am using metal coat hangers to support the tips for now because Im in the process of ordering legit ones. Did all the work last night...

It appears like one of your mufflers are backwards, and flowmasters are a directional muffler. other than that it looks pretty good.

I know, the piping and tip after fit much better out the back if that muffler was reversed. The outlet needed to be far right not centered. Didn't know they are directional, car seems to sound and drive fine.

If you have never seen the inside of a flowmaster 40 before. The V part is supposed to point to the inlet side like, in =<= out.

In for the video... How is the ground clearance like with the under the axle setup? I'm very interested with going true duals myself, but don't want to be dumped.

They sell the muffler in just about every combination possible.

The fluorescent orange sticker with "inlet" should have been a clue.

His ground clearance should be good because hes on stock springs plus he has Global west spacers.

Please tell me you aren't driving around with those zip ties holding the pipes up.......

They arnt zip ties...i used metal coat hangers. I have about 3" of ground clearance at the lowest point, so it's not bad.

I'll take clearance photos later today but I its about 4 inches, plus its right by the wheels so thats good. True duals was one of my fav mods but I really didn't want to be dumped either, I love the rectangular tips out the back.

Well that isn't much better since they will rust and fall apart. You need to get to a good welder to make you good hangers.

Edit: I know you said you ordered some but I think it would probably be better to get to a good shop to have it done.

I'm not trying to come off as a dick but I hope you didn't crawl under that car and fool with things with just that POS jack holding everything up.

I just saw that he didn't have any jack stands under the car. I don't think he would be stupid enough to do that (I know him).
