Not very accurate at all IMO. They pretty much just tell if the O2 is switching correctly. I wouldn't spend the money on one but that is just me. If you get one, I believe it is the odd color wire of the 4 to connect to. I believe it is purple.

Yep, unless its a wideband its basically a light show & will only read narrowband signals like stated, the proper switching of your O2's. You need a actual Wideband or the conversion kit for the Narrowband set-up if you want it to actually monitor the A/F ratio. You'll need to weld in a extra bung for the O2 sensor for a wideband set-up as well.

Ya I wouldn't waste my time with that gauge. Get a wideband, you'll be happy you did.

best prices on a wideband setup? what brand are people mostly using? i am also in the market for one.

so when you install a wideband does this mean you are taking one of the header 02's out and replacing it with a wideband or are you welding in a new bung and keeping both 02's in up front?

to the OP, i hope you don't mind me adding to the thread.

You keep Both 02 sensors and add the wideband sensor via an extra welded bung

Go look at the PLX wideband, very competitive pricing & everyone I have seen run one loves it. I believe its either EFIlive or HPtuners that also works with the PLX wideband, someone correct me if I'm wrong on that though.
