It will sound rough unrefined and ragged. Trust me I had to have a straight piece of pipe put in my cammed 02 and it sucked...

Go lm1, on a modded car they are both gonna be loud, even on a stock car it will be loud,I loved my lm1 when my car was stock ,but after mods like longtubes, cam, heads, it was crazy loud,I'm all about loud but the sound was garbage imho,I didn't use more gas with the lm1 as far as the straight pipe goes I put it in started it,then took it off,the good thing about the lm1 is that you can swap out the resonator, doesn't really help with it beeing loud but it will sure sound better, there is a thread going on with a sweet thunder in place ,sounds great but some claim of it killing hp,the best exhaust for our cars is a gmmg,I have heard everything and the gmmg kills them all, close 2nd was the tsp x pipe with sweet thunders,I'm really thinking of running the tsp,but I have a cme and do not wanna run under the axle, list the mods on your car so it will give us a lil more info to point you in a better direction,

Exactly.

Save some money, and get you a good true dual setup.

Either option will sound horrible, and will drive you insane after about 13 minutes in the vehicle.

^ good choice, get those and a tsp x pipe with out the mufflers, what are you looking for loud ? My lm1 drove me nuts, but if you are running a catted y with a really good merge such as the flowmaster merge or tsps, you could pull off the lm1,but I would go with the lm2,a really good exhaust that gets over looked a lot is the powerflo conversion for the lm1,lm2.tips look a lil funny if you have a camaro with out a cme, they look good on a ta,but 0 zero rasp,is not crazy loud and has a really nice tone,if you did go lm1,2 and started doing cam, heads at least that is an option, but if your looking for loud and a great tone, gmmg,or tsp duals

How loud can Lm1 be with LT's on an m6 car. Just drop into a higher gear. Why does everyone complain about it with stock internals?

waste gas? What are you talking about...mufflers or not it's not going to use more gas. i dyno'd the car with a flowmaster on it before i took off and went to straight pipes. After the straights and a tune i gained 27rwhp
