Default Need help with more hp

Hey i am new to this. I have a 02 camaro z28. I am wanting more horsepower. I have put on pacesetter long tube headers, slp lid, magnaflow exhaust, off road y pipe. I am getting my car tuned tomorrow. I am just wondering what other bolt ons I can do that won't hurt the bank to bad.

Like he asked, if you have an auto a good stall will help the car out. As for bolt ons you can do a underdrive pulley, LS6 intake, P&P throttlebody are the first ones off the top of my head before going internal with heads/cam

He already has an ls6 intake..

If manual do gears.. if auto do a good 3600+ stall.

Port your tb, you can do it yourself or have a sponsor do it for fairly cheap. Free ram air mod.l tb bypass.. those are just the free mods, next to nothing but worth something.
Chrs1313ram air has proven gains for good cost.

After that you are looking at a cam or nitrous.. will cost about the same, cam will pick up around fifty nitrous fifty to one hundred fifty.

I was thinking about doing underdrive pulleys, say some 10% u.d. or 25% u.d., what is the best one. What about belt slippage. I was thinking about buying 85mm tb. I am going to order the ram air kit next month.

Do you have 273s or 323s right now?

Are you planning on a cam in the future?

Stall and nitrous and 3.73s and cutout is what I'd do and then save for the heads and cam.

Stall- anywhere from 500-1000$ + cooler + install if he isn't capable
nitrous- base kit 425$ + bottle filled 45$ + plugs 20$ + fuel pump 100$ + tune 50-400$ depending on who you know what kind of tune you want.. I wont count install on this since it is simple.. I also would highly recommend a heater/purge/gauge... 100/50/40$
3.73s.. Not only pretty much a waste... With install usually runs around 400$
Cutout- 35 + labor, usually can get someone do it for 20-40$

All that isn't going to hurt the bank? Read man....

Ls3/l92 heads won't work with an ls1. You have to switch to an l92, lq9/4, ls2, etc.. look into a ported 243 ls6 style head.. similar prices.

You need a converter first, 3600 if you plan on spraying 4000 if staying all motor. I recommend ptc, everyone else on this site will say yank. Lmao..
Look know buying a used 342 6 speed rear to swap Into your car..

I was looking into the Lq9. idk. i want the ls2 though, save 60 lbs on front end. Definately doing converter and gears. I was thinking about 373 gear. Probably would be cheaper buying used rear end though

good power ,consider a ported 78 mm TB usually gains 7 hp for $50.look at cut outs also.
