Default header installation questions..

Will the corvette o2's reach the bungs in hooker lt's???

You just want to use gm steel gaskets for the headers.. I have stainless soo didnt know if that changes anything??

arp bolts worth it or no?? I saw some other ones on speed incs page that lock and are like 50 cheaper.

Yes, Corvette 02s will reach. I use Bosch 13111s.

I reused my stock GM gaskets on my Kooks Stainless Steel headers with no issues whatsoever.

I also reused the stock GM Bolts. ARPs are not necessary IMO.

I used the GM gaskets on my stainless Edelbrocks and they seem to be doing well.

I just used the bolts that came with the headers...doubt the ARPs are worth the cost.

One of my OE gaskets was falling apart, so I through a quick coat of paint on all surfaces, let them tack up and then installed. Makes them seal better.
I also used ARP studs. Nice option to make install a bit easier, plus some added bling! What's another $100 when spending $1200 plus on stainless LT's.
