Default Broken Factory Exhaust Manifold Studs

I need to put my car back to stock to smog it and the factory manifolds had two of the studs break when I originally removed them. Anyone know any good tips or techniques removing them to put new ones in? Should I just use a cut off wheel then use a drill on the part stuck in the flange?

IMO, Drill them out a little bigger and just use some nuts & bolts.

i drilled mine out with everything still in the car and bolted them, like mentioned above. only problem i had...i couldn't get straight on one of the bolts. driver's side manifold, the kmember got in the way. i ended up bolting the other 2 and it still didn't leak haha.

eventually replaced the manifolds.
