Default lsxr 102mm

Hey guys. I heard lots of debate on this and dont wanna be yelled at. I plan on doing full bolt ons, a large cam like the raptr, 220 as casts, full ehaust. I was told to run the 92mm fast, but when i talked to vengeance, he said that nobody sells that anymore, becausd the 102 mm is better in every department. When i asked about low end, he said that they dyno tested it themselves, and the 102mm has minimal gains on the low end, but never any loss. and the mid-top end gains were good. im just wondering if this is true? becuase ive heard alot of people sayin that you lose a little low end on stock ci ls1 motors. Thanks
