Default dual to a catback question

Right now my car has the TSP true duals which sounds awesome but getting neighbor complaints and gotta quiet it down, i found a magnaflow catback at a good deal, what kind of power loss can i expect from going to the duals to ORY and catback....?

Just get the catback but have a 4" merge installed with a 4" cutout and you shouldnt lose any power.
