Default Throttle Not opening up all the way??

I notice when I open my throttle all th way looks like the cable gets loose... Only way I could really check is dyno right. Or in park and a rev to redline? Cable gets real loose is it supposed to get tight threw full throttle??

if you have a multimeter you could check the voltage. You need to probe the tps and have someone floor the gas pedal. The volts should be around 4.5ish volts if i remember correctly.

this link will show you what wire

There is also a throttle cable adjustment point on the cable near the firewall. You could adjust it there if necessary

where are you opening the throttle from? gas pedal or throttlebody? if you go wide open on the throttlebody end the cable will get loose, only when pressure is applied from the pedal side will the cable stay tight because its then under load.
