Default LQ9 to Carb

Just picked up a low mile 6.0 to put into my drag car. I have been looking into the victor jr with the msd controller and have a few questions.

1. what of the factory harness do you have to use with this set up?
2. what carb do you think will work best on just a stock motor with a 100-200 shot of nos?

Im looking for the easiest swap (less wireing as possible) so any info will be a great help, thanks.
