Question plugs for low milage Ls1

I just bought a 01 ss with 90,6xx original miles and wanna do a spark plug change on it the car has long tube headers that are wrapped already and a magnaflow catback and slp lid other then that its stock so which plugs do you guys suggest I already have the wires thanks.

Wouldn't consider 90K miles low but I'd run the regular NGK's

GM revised the plug design and gap specifications for all Gen III engines mainly due to idle instability. Per TSB 30604060, iridium plugs gapped at .040" are the new recommended plugs.

But a lot of guys still run the TR55's with no problems, including myself
