Default Those running true duals with 40 series flowmasters, get in here...

I am currently running Hooker LT's 3in into an Xpipe with bullets dumped. It's to much for me.

I want to see some pics of those running the same setup but using 40 series flowmasters. I know it can be done but the two pics that I have found looked like hell. Sounds clips would be good too. I have a 97 TA LT1. LS or LT I don't care I need to see how they are mounted.

I had an h-pipe but other then that same setup on my old T/A. Lots of drone but it sounded pretty good. After I got 4.10 's it was actually much more liveable. I don't have any photos but I may have a vid or two on the home computer("working" right now).

^^That is pretty much how mine were ran, minus the cutouts. One tip though, if you're lowered point the turndowns at an angle instead of straight down. It makes a wicked helicopter sound from the air hitting the ground. I wouldn't recommend this setup if you're lowered in the back. I did the hose mod in the rear but I had a 28" tire out back so I think it was pretty close to stock ride height. I did have sportlines up front though.

Thats a good setup. My concern is the fuel line on the drivers side. I am lowered but I think I can make the 40's tuck enough to no have any issues.

Both mufflers will fit in the stock location under the gas tank with a lot of work.

Same exhaust setup but swapped out the Flowmasters for Dynomax Ultra Flo's

I seen this set-up for sale last month on Michigan F-Body Association forum (since sold). Here are the sound clips for the above set-up:
