Surely you're not grinding on this with the injectors still in place! I wouldn't want any metal dust getting in those, the cost for cleaning them (properly) is just a tad less than a new set...

The only thing I would do is smooth out some rough edges. But that's just me. It was quite un-nerving taking a dremel to a brand new FAST 102 just to port match the runners to the lower.

Then the blower will make up for any minor casting flash, just be careful to not overdoo it, and have a misalignment between intake and head ports, that will cause turbulence that even with the blower is not good to have.

^ Oh.. If it's blown, then nevermind. But still.. Yeah it's all aluminum, but I was still nervous about taking a dremel to mine.

where can i find some long rotary files? I found one place online but they want $50 for the bit
