flexplate change

I'm clueless on which flexplate to change to. I've got a 03 LQ9 which has the 80e flexplate but going to swap in a t56, anyone know which flexplate I will need? Brand and where to purchase and PN if can.

if you're swapping in a T56, you wont need a flexplate. you'll need a flywheel and clutch.
