Default throttle and cruise control cables

Just finished getting everything back together on the 383 build and am waiting for a tune. Not sure if I have the thriottle cable and cruise control cable routing correct. Do they both attach to the clip on the driver side fuel rail? Or just one of them? They are both connected correctly to the throttle body. My car is a non traction control car. Could someone take a minute and look at what you got? Thanks....

If you read my 1st post it says I'm connected to the TB correctly....

I'm talking about between the firewall and throttle body; are they connected to the clip on the driver side fuel rail or just free from any connections.
