Default Manual Idler question

I just received a new manual belt tensioner, the question that I have is are we supposed to use some loctite on the bolt that holds the pulley and the bolt that lets you adjust the tension? If so what color/strength.

When in doubt use blue, the removable kind.

I've never had to apply loctite to mine to keep it in place, and it has been on there for years at this point.
