no it will not fit an ls1. it will fit the 3.8l v6 that came in the f body but you need the heads off the original motor also. and i believe the motor is set back too far on the f-body to make that supercharger fit anyway.

Cheap extra HP, more than a blower that size could produce? Nitrous.

Not true and not a good way to look at it. You just have to find the right deals and look around for cheap hp

So you will spend 200 on a pos blower plus whatever else you would have needed to make it work. but you won't spend 400-600 on a decent nitrous kit?

I love when people ask about a turbo or blower setup for cheap.. everyone says nitrous and they say, na if that's the case ill stay bone stock.

i just heard bad stories about nitrous was also told that i would have to rebuild the bottom end since the camaro has 151k maybe once i see how my dad's 383 holds up against the nitrous then i might go for it

If it makes you feel any better I have a ls1 with 173k on it and its about to get a vortec ho kit installed in a week or so. Well see how it holds up with a safe dyno tune and 7-8lbs on it. BTW nitrous is fine on that mileage engine if its in good shape.

As long as you don't go crazy power level wise and keep the a/f and timing in check it will be good to go with a little laughing gas and the gains will be a welcomed addition.

Dry setup uses the injectors to add fuel. Wet shot the fuel is sprayed through the nitrous nozzle and comes off your fuel rail. I have a NOS kit for sale dirt cheap. Pm me

If nitrous is going to blow it up so is a blower or turbo.
Keep it under 150.. pressure gauge, purge, heater, window switch, fuel pump, tune. If it blows It was going to blow anyway.
Get a wet..
