Default How concerned should I be about this Fast intake?

So I recently purchased this Fast intake from a member on here and he failed to mention that there was a crack on the TB hole and a crack below the TB opening that was JB welded. I attached some pics. How concerned should I be with this? Thanks.

Personally I would request a return and refund from the seller. That is something that should have been disclosed even if the repair is correct.

If you feel confident in the part and it can be used, request a partial refund from the seller/member. if you dont feel confident, ask for a refund unless all sales final.

how much would u guys say this intake is worth in this condition? its a Fast 90 intake thats been ported by tony mamo, professionally painted black, and no gaskets were included, except TB gasket. the seller says it was run on a previous car with no leaks. im just pissed that he didnt tell me this before i bought it. i attached more pics of it that he sent me.

That may be true, but it's not worth it IMO. Save yourself the headache and request a return since it was not disclosed that it was cracked and repaired.

And this is the reason why I will never buy a FAST used from anyone on here. These stories pop up way too much.

The only way I would buy a fast intake from here would be from Tony Mamo himself, and I did. Couldn't be happier. Send it back or get some money back or have Tony check it out.

Send it back . . . Seller was not upfront about the damage . . . Probably the reason he sold it !
