Default CAI with a 102 options

With a Fast 102 and a TSP 100mm MAF, what are options as far as running a lid/air intake? i know ftp sells a 104mm lid but I cant justify the cost. are there any other options available?

What?

He says he already knows they (FTP) make a 104mm airlid. Fast doesn't make a lid. He's asking if anyonme ELSE makes one other than FTP b/c he can't justify the cost.

Bump, cause I don't know either.

i also heard that the 104 doesnt flow more, it just has a 104mm opening to allow for a 100mm maf. has anyone tried anything else that can be used with a ram air hood to prevent restriction in the intake?
