I've seen a 104mm FTP clear air lid for 98-02 fbodies, along with a 98mm version discussed on here and across the internet, but I can't seem to find a place that sells it... not even FTP. Are they still available anywhere out there, or is the MTI the only available clear lid now?

Also, Ive seen the TSP 100mm MAF available at Afterthoughts and Fasttoys.net, but is there anywhere else to pick one up? Are there alternate 100mm MAFs? Just want to shop around before I commit to this upgrade...
