Default LS1 Throttle Body cable difference?

Ok so i've seen camaroa with two cables on the throttle body and ones with one cable (like mine that goes yo a little black box?

What is the difference? And why is their two types?

If you have TCS, and cruise control you have one cable on the TB, with cruise only you have two cables. Why, I don't know.

Still have both cables. CC cable is just not ran to the TB. On cars with TCS, the CC cable is ran to the TCS box
