Default blinking check engine light?

so i finished up my spark plug and wire swap and when i went to drive it the service engine soon light started flashing. i pulled over and checked the plugs and a wire was loose on the plug so i stuck it on there for real this time. the rest of the drive the light stayed on steady. what's wrong? will the car relearn or reset after a bit or what else can i check?
thanks

Flashing light = Multiple misfires

Once you snapped the wire all the way on, the code is stored for 'misfires'. Clear it and it will be fine. You can also swing by a local autozone/advanced auto and use their scanner to clear the code.

When you have the code, I would write it down and google it, make sure it is a p0300 (misfire).

It will clear eventually, you can reset it with any OBD2 scan device, or search this site on how to reset your PCM.
