Default Mod newb, LT question(s)

In the process of getting a TD setup, looking for headers. Will be going the cheap route for the moment seeing as this is on the DD
What are the opinions on Hooker Comp?

Spend the extra cash and get them coated or stainless. I know it snows there in Kansas and if it is your DD you most likely will see snow/salted roads. Whats the point in having shiny headers that end up rusting because of winter driving. I myself have Chrome BBK's and since the car doesn't see snow I dont really care but would have gotten coated or stainless if I could have afforded it. I love mine, but wish I would have gotten the higher priced coated ones. Check TSP think they have pacesetter coated for 379...not a bad price. You will se gains from any L/T you choose, and the sound is amazing all around, just a matter of preference with most people unless you are really pushing some horses.

Ya, so far unless I find something else, or win the lottery I'll be going with these.

Opinions on going with the EGR hook ups, or just go without it and get the code deleted?

I'd go without the EGR hook-ups, and get it tuned out.

Otherwise what's gonna be different doing a true dual rather than a non-true dual exhaust?
