Default Quick question about crank damper

I am building a Lq4 turbo. The motor is out of a 2005 gmc. I need a crank damper to get the bottom end balanced and I was wondering if a 2006 GTO crank damper will work? Thanks.

Are you asking will it fit the crank? Yes it should with no issues.

Using Rock Auto for specifications and part numbers indicates that the part numbers are different (both AC Delco and Dorman) and the specs are different in terms of diameter (GTO 7 1/2" vs. GMC 7.72") and width (GTO 3 21/32" vs. GMC 4.75"). The weight is also different. They may be interchangeable in terms of the interference fit on the crank, but I cannot confirm that.
