Default Gasket or No Gasket?

I am trying to find out if I need an exhaust gasket for my 98' Z/28. I have a stock y-pipe and I have a leak coming from drivers side where the y-pipe meets the down pipe from the catalytic converter. Rock auto and walker exhaust don't list a gasket for this location, and Im not sure if one is needed. My main problem is the flange and studs rusting away but I want to grab a gasket before I go in there to fix it.

there should be a gasket if it's factory.

I'm pretty sure that's a ball flange, and it has no gasket. As long the surface of both the ball and flange are in good shape, a new set of bolts and nuts should fix it.
