Question 408 Hot start and idle problems - with video

2000 T/A with 408. Mods in sig.

Long story short the previous owner pulled the injectors and intake and swapped in the stock injectors and ls6 intake before selling the car to me.
Data logging using Torque on my Droid was showing +23-26% correction at idle... lean backfire when revved and ses.

John at FIC did some math and figured it was tuned for 42lb injectors. I sent mine to be resized and put them in. YAY ~.1% correction at idle. The car revs clean now.

BUT....

Now when i rev the car it wants to die before catching an idle again. Also the car will not start again if you shut it off unless you pump the gas a little while cranking. Video below

Is this something I can fix or is this in the tune?
IDEAS?

I found threads about drilling and/or adjusting the stop screw but my car already does the "cruse control" thing when moving.

Im starting to think the car needs a tune and only a tune to fix this.
