fuel rail leak, does year matter?

Default fuel rail leak, does year matter?

I have a 01' ls1 in my 80' vette and noticed the T in the fuel rail was leaking fuel. I am going to find another rail but someone said that some years are not interchangeable.... is this true? If so what years will fit my 01 motor?

Anything 98-02 f-body will swap over with no issue.
