Default stock ls1, i have questions.

k i just bought a 99 trans am. all it had was a shift kit, im new to the fbodys so bare with me, i bought and istalled tsp headers and y pipe, im waiting for my borla muffler to come in. but i have questions as to which intake would be best for my ls1. i want to go with fast but dont know if to go with the 92 mm 0r 102 mm. also what heads should i use? i want to do a 383 stroker rotating assembly kit on this motor as well, and was thinking of going with some afr 215's. like i said im new to this so idk what is best, any suggestions on what's best for this toy. price is really not an issue but dont want to get too crazy. i want this motor to be pushing about 500rwhp because it is also my daily driver. so please any advice is great... and dont reply unless your certain on the info you give me thanks

Something I've learned over the years...

Yeah it's great to have a performance power plant, but without a supporting cast, IE trans/stall, you're not going anywhere.

I'd gear it and spray it. If the pistons can't handle it, THEN swap out the rotating assembly.

If you are serious about doing the 383 look in the dyno section for Thunder Racing's 383. It put down like 545 to the tires and a stupid amount of torque.
